TaskGo is a platform that connects customers with service providers for various home services including but not limited to house cleaning, childcare, aged care, disability support, pet care, car washing, laundry, and commercial cleaning services.

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Respect the rights of other users and service providers
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

4. Service Provider Responsibilities

Service providers using TaskGo agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their qualifications and services
• Complete services as agreed upon with customers
• Maintain appropriate insurance and licenses where required
• Treat customers with respect and professionalism
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment and Refunds

Payments for services are processed securely through our platform. Funds are held in escrow until the service is completed and approved by the customer. You have 48 hours after service completion to review and raise any concerns. If no issues are raised within this period, payment will be released to the service provider.

Refund policies may vary depending on the specific service and circumstances. Please contact our support team for assistance with refund requests.

6. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a customer and service provider, TaskGo will attempt to facilitate a resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be subject to mediation or arbitration as determined by TaskGo.

7. Limitation of Liability

TaskGo acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party service providers. Users agree to use the platform at their own risk.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on TaskGo, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TaskGo and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

TaskGo reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

TaskGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
